WASHINGTON WORK-INJURY CLAIMS

Arlington Chiropractic & Wellness provides chiropractic care for patients with work-related injuries through Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I) and applicable self-insured employer programs.

Coverage depends on claim acceptance, authorization requirements, provider eligibility, and the services covered under your claim.

Please have your claim number and relevant claim information available when scheduling your appointment.

PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE

We welcome patients without insurance and offer self-pay options for chiropractic care.
